The Winter Academic All-MAC teams recognize the top student-athletes both in the classroom and in athletic competition during the 2026 spring semester. Voting is based on 50% academic excellence and 50% athletic prowess by the conference sports information directors. A student-athlete must have a spring semester grade-point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher to be eligible for the award and must remain an eligible member of the team through the conclusion of the season.
Hudakova had a stellar sophomore season, as the forward tallied 22 goals and 25 assists for a total of 47 points, ranking her tied for sixth in all of Division III. Her 22 goals were also tied for sixth-best in the nation, the most in the MAC, and set a new single-season program record. For her on-ice accomplishments, the Slovakian international was named to the All-MAC First Team, DIIIHockeyNews.com Second Team East, and American Hockey Coaches Association (ACHA) All-American Second Team East.
In the classroom, the sports management major achieved a 3.6 spring semester GPA and was recently named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll and College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District At-Large Team. Hudakova was also chosen as a finalist for the CSC Academic All-America award.
Milne was a brick wall in net during the Colonels' run to the NCAA Quarterfinals, earning All-MAC Second Team honors as well as a second-consecutive MAC Tournament MVP award. The junior netminder led the conference in goals allowed (29), goals allowed average (1.20), save percentage (.947), and shutouts (8). Off the ice, Milne was also named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll, achieving a 3.625 semester GPA as she works to complete a degree in sports management.
