WILKES-BARRE – Wilkes University Director of Wrestling Jon Laudenslager '99 has been appointed to the NCAA Divisions II and III Men's Wrestling Rules Committee as announced by the association early this year.
 
Laudenslager, who enters his 24^th year at Wilkes, was selected to an NCAA committee for the second time in his career which begins September 1, 2026, and continues through August 31, 2030. He previously served on the NCAA Division III Championship Committee from 2006 to 2010.
 
"I am excited to be chosen for the NCAA Division II and III Rules Committee," said Laudenslager. "The sport of wrestling continues to evolve into one of the top offerings for NCAA competition and its special to be a part of that growth," he added.
 
Laudenslager becomes the fourth member of the Colonels staff currently on NCAA committees joining Scott Musa (Division III Management Council), John McNichol (Division III Women's Soccer Championship Committee) and Scott Veith (Division III Men's Tennis Championship committee and Region III RAC chair).
