Biography

2014: Played and started in 32 games at second base for Wilkes as a junior...Named All-Freedom Honorbale Mention...Hit .304 with seven doubles and 14 RBI in 115 at-bats...Scored 17 runs...Made one appearance on the hill going 1.1 inning.

2013: During his sophomore campaign played and started in all 36 games at second base...Led the team with 47 hits finishing with a .341 batting average (47-138)...Finished with the most runs scored (41) and stolen bases (10)...Knocked in 26 runs, had five doubles, three triples and one home run...Had 12 multi-hit games on the season...His best day at the plate came against Staten Island (3/4/13) as he went 4-for-5 with four RBI's, three runs scored and one stolen base.

2012: As a freshmen, started 25 of 31 games...Totaled 29 hits, 17 RBI's, 17 runs scored in 87 at-bats...At the plate, Schappell hit .333 on the year...Had his best performance against PSU-Wilkes-Barre (04/12/12) as he went 4-for-5 on the day adding six RBI's, one walk and two runs scored
