Dr. Ben Toll is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and Criminology at Wilkes. He received a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Taylor University, a M.A. from Baylor University and a M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from Indiana University. His claim to fame is that he taught Kyle Schwarber in a class while working on his Ph.D. at Indiana. Dr. Toll teaches courses on American politics, the criminal system, and statistics at Wilkes. He has published several articles in peer-edited books and journals. He lives in Harveys Lake with his wife and 4 kids. Dr. Toll enjoys coaching his kids softball and baseball teams, traveling with his family, and watching sports. He is particularly fond of his Chicago Cubs, although he does not like how sad they make him every year.Â
