Brittany Blass begins her second season as an assistant coach at Wilkes following a fine career at Division I Lafayette College.
Blass was a four-year started at Lafayette posting career totals of 48 points on 18 goals and 12 assists in 75 games played. She accounted for seven game-winning goals during her time with the Leopards on way to being named a four-time All-Patriot League selection.
As a freshman, she earned Patriot League Rookie of the Year honors after being one of four Lafayette players on the all-conference team. Blass also was a two-time National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFCA) Mideast Region selection.
Blass, a three-sport athlete at Crestwood High School, played field hockey, swimming and softball. She led her team to the District II AA Championship as well as an AA State semifinalist. During her time at Crestwood, Blass was named First Team All-Conference and First Team All-State multiple times.
She graduated from Lafayette in May 2015 with a degree in Biochemistry.
