Aaron Frederick begins his first season on the Wilkes football staff in 2022 as the Director of Football Operations.
He joined the Wilkes staff following as year as the student equipment manager for the Eastern Michigan University football team. His responsibilities included, maintenance and assistance of football equipment and operations, setting up and tearing down of practice, inventory management, laundry operations, packing travel truck for away games, setting up and preparation of sidelines for home and away games, assisting with player and coaching equipment during games, coach communication set up and testing, on the field audio and music setup for practice, and stat tracking during games. He also worked with the defensive ends coach and associate head coach and linebackers coach during practices.
From February 2020 to April 2020 Frederick served as a video assistant for Eastern Michigan football where he filmed and recorded practices, workouts, and other football events. He also served as an office assistant from July 2020 to April 2021 for Eastern Michigan's TRiO Program.
Frederick graduated in the spring of 2022 from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management with a minor in Communication.
