Brandon Phillips begins his first year on the Colonels football staff where he will serve as a Defensive Assistant.
Phillips comes to Wilkes after serving internships with two National Football League franchises. From July to August 2015, Phillips served as a Training Camp Player Personnel Intern with the Buffalo Bills, where he served in a number of capacities. Phillips assisted the player personnel staff with daily operations including team travel and other training camp activities, operated XOS Digital Thundercloud software to help evaluate the wide receivers, aided the coaching staff with scouting projects, and assisted during player interviews at the 2016 combine.
From August 2013 to December 2015 Phillips served as a Consumer Sales and Service Game Day Intern with the New York Jets, where he assisted current and potential clients with customer service issues and worked various season ticket events representing the Jets.
Phillips graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Business Management in 2013 and an M.S. in Management and Leadership with a focus in Sports Management in 2015. Phillips currently works as a Senior Accounts Receivable Associate with UPS Business Global Services.
