Cody Moyer enters his second season coaching the running backs for Wilkes in 2015.
Moyer comes to Wilkes after a successful four-year career at Lycoming College. Moyer was a four-year starter at left guard for the Warriors from 2009-2013. This past season, he served as an offensive staff assistant for his alma mater.
Moyer was named offensive linemen of the year as a freshman and senior at Lycoming before earning 2011 and 2012 All-Middle Atlantic Conference first team honors. He also was named third team d3football.com All-Region both in 2011 and 2012.
In 2012, Moyer received the Leland “Lee” Calistri Award, presented annually to the Lycoming senior football player who during his four-year career placed the team’s success above his own.
Moyer graduated from Lycoming in 2013 with a degree in Criminal Justice. He is currently pursuing his teaching certificate at Lycoming.
