Derek Schaller begins his first season as an assistant coach with Wilkes in 2016 working with the Colonel linebackers.
Schaller comes to Wilkes after four years as s varsity football and track and field coach at Stroudsburg Area High School. He served as the defensive coordinator since 2013 along with stints as the running backs, linebacker and offensive and defensive line coach.
He currently works as a substitute teacher in the Stroudsburg School district. Schaller graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health Teacher Certification.
