Jacob Bloomhuff is entering his first season as the defensive line coach for the Colonels. He is a 2010 graduate from Washington & Jefferson College with a degree in Business Administration.
Jake was a four year letter winner as a defensive end and was voted as team captain in his final season for the Presidents. While there, the Presidents made four NCAA Playoff appearances. He earned defensive conference recognition three times and was a two-time ECAC defensive player his junior and senior year. Throughout his time at W&J, the Presidents’ defense improved to be one of the top statistical defenses in the nation. After his senior season he was named an All American by the AFCA and led all NCAA levels in sacks per game (1.32).
