Jacob Jola beings his first season with the Colonels football staff as the director of football operations for the 2021 season.
A Pennsylvania native, Jola spent his last five years with the Miami Marlins organization, finishing his tenure with the Major League Baseball squad as the manager of international scouting. He managed their international operations for multiple seasons, overseeing operations for the Gulf Coast minor league, the Dominican Republic Instructional League, as well as monitoring fiscal expenditures and compliance efforts.
Jola graduated from Duquesne University in December 2015 with a bachelors in sports marketing and international business.
