Jim Jordan, 2006 Wilkes graduate, enters his first season coaching the tight ends in 2011.
Jordan stands as one of the finest receivers in school history as Wilkes went 33-11 in his four years on the squad including an 11-1 mark and MAC Championship in 2006. He was named All-MAC twice in his four-year career while being selected as the MAC Offensive Player of the Year during the 2006 campaign.
Jordan stands fourth on the school’s all-time receiving list with 174 receptions for 2,602 yards. He also is tied for fifth for receptions in a single season with 56 catches in 2006 (870 yards).
Jordan recently served as the assistant varsity coach at Bloomsburg high school last year.
