Vavlas joins the Wilkes men's lacrosse staff in 2025, working with the team's face-offs and midfielders.
The Scranton, Pa. native was a four-year varsity athlete in men's lacrosse at Wyoming Seminary and a two-time team captain. He returned to coach at Sem while in college at Saint Joseph's University, where he graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in business administration.
Vavlas is also actively involved with Wyoming Valley 6’s, promoting lacrosse in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
