Bill Watkins begins his second season as an assistant coach with the Wilkes women’s basketball team in 2017-2018.
Watkins comes to Wilkes-Barre following an extremely successful career in both the high school and AAU ranks, winning over 300 games and helping a number of players secure Division I and II scholarships.
Watkins serves as a coach at both the Wooten Basketball Camps and the Nike Women’s Basketball Camps, where he worked with head coach Chris Heery.
Watkins is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and earned his Juris Doctor from Catholic University.
