Mark Maholick begins his seventh year on the Wilkes University sidelines in 2017-18.
Maholick’s coaching career began at Loch Raven High School, in Baltimore County Maryland, as a Boys Basketball Coach. He stayed in Baltimore County, and went on to coach the boys team at Carver AT&T High School for seven years. Upon returning to Pennsylvania, Maholick briefly coached the Lehighton High School Boys team. He then went on to coach the boys at Palmerton High School.
For years, Maholick has coached with Wilkes University Head Coach Chris Heery at the Morgan and Joe Wooten Basketball Camps.
Maholick graduated from Bloomsburg University and received his master’s degree at Kutztown University. He enjoyed a fine career at Bethlehem Catholic High School from 1983 through 1986, where he was named to the LARC All-Star Team. With over 17 years experience coaching, he looks forward to making the transition from the high school boys’ game to the collegiate women’s game.
