Megan Weber joins the Colonels women's basketball staff as an assistant coach for the 2023-24 season.

Weber comes to Wilkes after spending the last four years as a dual-sport student athlete at Keystone College. Weber graduated summa cum laude in May of 2023 with a dual-degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice.

She made the President's List in seven of eight semesters at Keystone and appeared on the Dean's List once. The 2023 Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Scholar Athlete of the Year nominee also received the Keystone Excellence in Research Award in her senior year as well as three All-Conference Sportsmanship awards in 2020, '21 and '23. She was inducted into National College Athlete Honor Society during her senior year and was involved with the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as well.

On the court, Weber appeared in 69 total games for the Giants over three seasons and was named team captain during her senior year. She ended her time at Keystone with a total of 267 points, 130 rebounds, 76 assists, 32 steals and a shooting percentage of .731 from the line. The South Williamsport, Pa. native was named the CSAC Defensive Player of the Week during the 2021-22 season. Weber appeared in 26 of 28 games as a first year and helped her team capture the 2019-20 CSAC championship. 

Weber also excelled on the pitch, starting in 37 contests for Keystone's women's soccer team while posting 42 points (19 G, 4 A). She served as the Giant's captain during her senior season.

She brings a leadership presence and coaching experience to Wilkes after serving as a soccer camp instructor for Bucknell University men's soccer and Keystone College women's soccer during the summers of 2022 and 2021 respectively.
