Ava Ward returns for her second year as an assistant lacrosse coach for the women’s team in 2026.

Ward is a graduate of Presbyterian College where she obtained a Bachelors in Religion and Philosophy and was a four year member of the women’s lacrosse team. She also served as the team captain during her senior year. Ward completed her Masters in Education at Wilkes in 2025 and played for the women’s lacrosse team during the 2023-24 season. During her season at Wilkes, Ward tallied 22 goals and 10 assists.

Ward also spent two years as a lacrosse coach with Palmetto Lacrosse from 2020-2022.
