Lexi Pitkevits joins the Wilkes women's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach for the 2023-24 season.

Pitkevits is a May 2022 graduate of Albright College with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She started 32 of 44 career games as a member of the Albright women's lacrosse team from 2018 through 2022. She led the team and ranked seventh in the Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth in caused turnovers during the 2021 season.

She possesses coaching experience at collegiate clinics where she organized and demonstrated drills and skills to a variety of age groups, identified prospective players for the recruiting class at Albright, and conducted campus tours providing prospective student-athletes and families with information about the school and program. Pitkevits has also traveled to local elementary schools to make lacrosse accessible, taught basic lacrosse skills, and explained the history of lacrosse to local teams and clubs.

Pitkevits is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and holds her AED and CPR certifications and is working toward completion of her NASM nutrition certification in December 2023. She served as an Albright Athletic Training Department Student First Responder from 2019-2022 and was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at Albright. Also at Albright, Pitkevits collaborated with college administration as one of two student leaders who were permitted on the board. She assisted in the production of renewable campus resources and electrical cars for college issued vehicles as Environmental Campus Outreach co-founder and Vice President.

She has experience as an assistant coach for swimming and cheerleading where she has planned and led practices, mock meets, and team extracurricular events along with providing individual lessons focusing on individual skills and techniques.
