Erin is entering her second year coaching at Wilkes, helping the Lady Colonels to the Freedom Conference Playoffs a season ago. The former Villanova standout is enrolled in the Organizational Leadership master's program of the Jay S. Sidhu School of Business and Leadership.
Hardiman, a 2009 graduate of Villanova University, had a stellar career for the Wildcats. Over her four years at Villanova, she started 71 of 81 games and tallied nine career goals and 24 career assists. She finished ninth in school history with 137 career shots.
Her senior season was highlighted by setting a school record for assists in a season with 14, which also led the conference and ranked her 5th in the country. Hardiman was named Big East Midfielder of the Year and earned Big East All-Conference and NSCAA Mid-Atlantic All-Region honors in her final season.
Hardiman is the granddaughter of former Wilkes University President Francis J. Michelini, who held that position from 1970-1975.
