Julie Youngman begins her first season on the Colonel bench as the women's soccer Graduate Assistant in 2019.

Youngman comes to Wilkes after a decorated career at nearby Marywood University, where she was a four-year starter for the Pacers. Youngman helped lead Marywood to four consecutive postseason berths, two Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) tournament berths, and one NCAA tournament appearance while capturing two conference titles. Youngman, who served as a team captain her junior and senior seasons, ranks at the top of many records for the Pacers, including games played and started, career and single-season goals, career assists, career and single-season points, and career game-winning goals.

In the classroom, Youngman was inducted to the National Honor Society, Chi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, Delta Sigma Epsilon Honor Society, named to the Dean's List every semester, and received the Dean's Scholarship.

Youngman graduated from Marywood in 2019 with a degree in Athletic Training.
