Kendra Croker Brunner

Kendra Croker Brunner begins her second season on the Wilkes Men’s and Women’s Tennis coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2025-26.

Brunner was a standout athlete during her collegiate career at Wilkes, earning First Team All-Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) honors from 2014-2017 and being named MAC Rookie of the Year in 2013-2014. She went on to be recognized as the MAC Player of the Year in 2015-2016 and MAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2017. 

Throughout her career, she helped lead Wilkes to four consecutive MAC Team Championships (2014-2017), securing numerous individual accolades, including three Gold MAC Singles Titles, three Gold MAC Doubles Titles, and multiple MAC Player of the Week honors. She holds the school record for #1 singles wins (74) and accumulated 81 doubles victories. In 2017, she was named MAC Team Tournament MVP and became the first Wilkes women’s tennis player to win at Nationals in the #1 position.

Off the court, Brunner earned earning Academic All-MAC honors each year from 2014-2017 while completing her Doctorate of Pharmacy. Prior to her coaching at Wilkes, she led the Scranton Preparatory Girls’ Tennis Team to the PIAA state championship and runner up state championship titles in 2023 and 2024.
