Connor Dillon enters his fifth overall season as an assistant coach for the Wilkes men's volleyball team in 2025. He served on the staff during the inaugural season in 2017 before joining the staff again in 2022. He also served his eighth season as an assistant with the Wilkes women's volleyball team in 2025 after previously coaching with the program in 2013 through 2017.
