Shay returns to the Wilkes Volleyball coaching staff for the 2026 season in his second year as an assistant coach.

Shay was a prolific member of the Colonels men's volleyball team, holding program records in single season and career assists (2,442), as well as assists per set (7.68). Across 95 total matches played, Shay finished his career with 510 digs, 158 kills, 91 total blocks, and 268.5 total points.

Shay graduated from Wilkes in September of 2024 with a BS in Supply Chain Management.
