This bio is now a part of a historical archive, the individual was on the staff from 2016-2017 and is no longer employed by Wilkes University. 

Andrew Earp begins his first year as Fitness Center/Strength and Conditioning Assistant aiding Keith Klahold in all aspects of Wilkes athletics strength and conditioning.
 
Earp recently served as an intern at the University of Wyoming Sports Performance where he assisted the sports performance staff in all daily facility and equipment maintenance. He also aided in the implementation of warm-ups, strength, speed, conditioning and recovery sessions where he worked closely with wrestling, women’s soccer, men’s and women’s golf, track and field and volleyball.
 
Prior to his time at the University of Wyoming, Earp served as graduate assistant at Augusta where he received his Master’s Degree. He also interned at Health Promotions for Faculty and Staff in Boone, North Carolina where he presented four week workouts gaining experience working one-on-one in a class setting with clients.
 
Earp has also volunteered at several Physical Therapy and Aquatic Therapy centers and remains a personal trainer since 2014.
 
Earp graduated from Appalachian State in 2013 earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. He later earned his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Augusta University (Georgia) in 2015.
