Anthony Dattolo

This bio is now a part of a historical archive, the individual was on the coaching staff from 2012 to 2015 and is no longer employed by Wilkes University. 

Anthony Dattolo enters his third season as an assistant coach for the Wilkes wrestling team after graduating as one of the finest wrestlers in school history in 2012.

Dattolo was a two-time All-American in the Navy and Gold during his four-year career as a Colonel finishing with over 100 victories and numerous tournament championships.

In his junior season, Dattolo finished 29-5 overall winning the 149-pound crown at the Metropolitan Championships and an NCAA bid. He was also named Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Messiah Petrofes Invitational as well as going undefeated (5-0) at the Mount Union Duals and 2011 National Duals.

As a senior, Dattolo notched his 100th career victory mid-way through the season on way to a 33-1 overall record with his only loss coming in the NCAA National Championship match at 149-pounds. He captured his second Metro crown while placing first in three separate tournaments (Monarch Invitational, Petrofes, and Wilkes Open).
