Damon Cheek enters his second year as Graduate Assistant for the Wilkes wrestling coaching staff.
 
Cheek comes to Wilkes after a four-year career on the mat at Heidelberg University. He was a two time Academic All-American his junior and senior year at Heidelberg. He was also a National Qualifier his senior year at 149-pounds.
 
He graduated from Heidelberg University with a degree in both Psychology and Criminal Justice last May. He is pursuing his MBA while at Wilkes.
