Gusseppe Rea begins his second year as an assistant coach with the Wilkes wrestling team in 2018-19.
Rea was a four-year standout for the Colonels, finishing with a 121-29 overall record. Among his many accolades, Rea finished first in his weight class at the 2012 Monarch Invitational, the 2012 Messiah Petrofes, 2014 Wilkes Open, and the 2015 NCAA East Regional where he was named an All-American. Rea finished the 2013-14 season ranked No. 9 at 125-lbs and the 2014-15 season ranked No. 6.
