John Perez joins the Colonels wrestling staff for his second season in 2021-22.
Perez began his coaching career in in 1989 at his alma mater De La Salle High School in Concord, Ca. After moving to Pennsylvania in 2000, Perez became as assistant at Dallas Area High School before joining the staff at King's College in 2013. Perez returned to Dallas for two years from 2015-2017 before going back to King's in 2017.
Perez is a USA Wrestling Bronze level coach, having worked with USA Wrestling Team Ichiban and Golden State Wrestling.
