Mitch Marcks

Mitch Marcks returns for his 13th season as head assistant coach with the Colonels. Marcks is a 2004 graduate of King's College, where he earned a degree in Elementary Education. He also earned a master's degree in education from Wilkes in 2006.

Marcks was a four-year starter at 125 pounds for King's. During that time he amassed a school-record 144 wins, while suffering only 18 losses. Marcks also claimed two Middle Atlantic Conference championships in his weight class. A four-time NCAA Division III qualifier, Marcks had his best run in the NCAA Championships in 2003 when he finished as the runner-up. He was a three-time All-American, while also earning Pennsylvania Division III Wrestler of the Year honors twice.

Prior to arriving at King's, Marcks had an outstanding scholastic career at Dieruff High School in Allentown, where he was a Pennsylvania State qualifier.

Marcks was named 2008 Metropolitan Assistant Coach of the Year in his fourth season with the Colonels. In 2013-14, Marcks was named Assistant Coach of the Year for the NCAA East Region.
