Zachary LeDuc

This bio is now a part of a historical archive, the individual was on the staff from 2018-2021 and is no longer employed by Wilkes University. 

Zachary LeDuc enters his third year as Fitness Center/Strength and Conditioning Assistant in 2020-21.

LeDuc comes to Wilkes after a serving one year as a graduate assistant with East Stroudsburg University. While obtaining his Master’s degree in Exercise Science, LeDuc worked with East Stroudsburg Area South High School coordinating the athletic development program for all participating athletes including football, baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, women’s soccer, swimming and track and field.
 
Most recently LeDuc finished an internship in strength and conditioning at Iowa State University working with the Division I football team. There LeDuc assisted with monitoring team workouts while assuring proper set-up and breakdown of all workouts.
 
Prior to his time at ESU, LeDuc spent eight months as the Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning intern at the University of Pittsburgh.  He assisted in training all the university’s Olympic sports including wrestling, swimming and diving, men’s and women’s soccer, women’s volleyball, baseball, softball and track and field.
 
LeDuc has also served as an intern at Monmouth University as well as serving as a volunteer assistant for the football team at Slippery Rock University. LeDuc earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock in 2017 before obtaining his Master’s degree in 2018 from ESU.
 
LeDuc is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Level 1 Sports Performance Coach from the United States Weightlifting Association.
