Conrad begins his second season on the Wilkes baseball coaching staff, and first as a full-time assistant after being promoted to the position on July 6, 2026.
Conrad served as a part-time assistant coach with the Colonels in 2025 and helped coach the team to their second-consecutive Landmark Conference Tournament Appearance as the No. 1 seed, finishing 24-18 on the year. He also helped coach four All-Landmark selections, and one ABCA/Rawlings All-Region selection in Jack Mathis.
Prior to his time at Wilkes, Conrad also coached in the Cape Cod Baseball League in the summer of 2025, one of the nation's premier collegiate summer leagues.
Conrad graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2025 and spent four years as a left-handed pitcher for the Lakers. A captain in his senior season, the Windsor, New York native pitched in 48 career games with four wins, two saves, 99 strikeouts, and a career ERA of 4.80.
