Frick joins the Wilkes Women’s Lacrosse coaching staff for her first season in 2026.
Frick comes to Wilkes after graduating from Bridgewater College in May 2025 with a bachelor's degree in health and exercise science. Frick was a four-year member of the Eagles’ women’s lacrosse team as a defender, playing in 58 career games with 59 ground balls and 36 caused turnovers.
The Stafford, Va. native brings coaching experience at the club level, spending time with Bogue Elite Lacrosse as an assistant coach in 2022 and Crystal Coast and Leverage Lacrosse as head coach in the summer of 2022 and 2023 respectively.
