Tony Marcincavage begins his second full year as Supervisor of Facilities and Equipment in 2024-25 after taking the role in February 2023. He was elevated to Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Equipment in October 2025.

Marcincavage is no stranger to Wilkes where he was a four-year member of the Colonel football team on the offensive line from 2015-18. In addition, he served as a member of the Wilkes Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). He also spent two seasons on the Colonel football staff, serving as the running backs coach during the 2022 campaign.

In his role at Wilkes, Marcincavage is responsible for the facilities and equipment needs of all 24 Colonel athletic programs and five sporting venues on and off campus.
 
Marcincavage held various coaching roles in the Hanover School District having served as an assistant football coach from 2019-21 as well as head basketball coach during the 2020-21 season.
 
While at Hanover, Marcincavage served as the Food Service Coordinator and Transportation Manager for the Junior/Senior High School. He helped manage the school food service budget, ordered and approved equipment for each building and kept monthly inventory where he worked directly with Metz Culinary Management.
 
As Transportation Manager, he was responsible for the direct oversight of all school transportation, buses, vans, sport runs and field trips. He was instrumental in planning and developing bus routes, organizing bus rosters and purchasing equipment for transportation needs of the district.
 
Marcincavage graduated from Wilkes with his Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Business Management in 2019.
