Colonels Notebook
• The Colonels hit the mats for the final time before the Metro Conference championships, traveling to cross-town rival King's College for a heated matchup with the Monarchs on Friday night.
• WU is coming off two losses last week, falling first to No. 24 Elizabethtown 23-12 on Tuesday before losing 29-5 to No. 4 Ithaca on Friday; Both duals were on the road.
• The Colonels recently moved up to No. 13 in the nation in the latest NWCA poll (2/8); This is the highest WU has been ranked this year; The Colonels reached No. 14 earlier in the season after starting the year 6-2 in dual matches.
• The Monarchs feature Mike Reilly (184), who is ranked 4th in the nation by both the NWCA and d3wrestle.com with a record of 26-1; King's has three other wrestlers with winning records, including Tommy Desir, who is 14-10 on the year.
• WU's top wrestler,
Anthony Dattolo (Succasunna, NJ/Roxbury) (149), will not be in the lineup against King's on Friday; He has an overall record of 23-2 on the season and is ranked nationally at No. 6 by d3wrestle.com and No. 7 by the NWCA.
