Wilkes drops to 7-14 overall and 2-3 in Freedom play. DVC improves to 11-8 on the year and 2-3 in league matches. The Aggies collected the win by scores of 25-17, 27-25, 25-26, and 25-15. Casey Bohan (Harding/Wyoming Area) led the Lady Colonels with a match-high 20 kills and two solo blocks. Alisha Rupp (Shamokin, PA/Shamokin) and Paige Trusty (Durham, CT/Coginchaug) combined for 13 kills and two blocks, while Erin Nothstein (Mertztown/Brandywine Heights) led the backline with a team-high 15 digs from her libero position. Setter Megan Powers (Pottsville, PA/Pottsville) contributed 34 assists as Wilkes finished with 42 total kills as a squad. Janel Gluch led four DVC players in double figure kills with 17 and two solo blocks. Destinee Horning was tough at the net for the Aggies all night finishing with 14 kills and four solo blocks.
