Elena Stambone (Jessup, PA/Valley View) continues to lead the Freedom Conference in scoring averaging 20.7 points per-game. Megan Kazmerski (Kingston, PA/Holy Redeemer) is recording 12.8 points while Chelsea Brown (Garnet Valley, PA/Garnet Valley) is contributing 7.9 points per-contest. Ellen Rich (Hamden, CT/Hamden Hall) leads the front court with 7.7 rebounds per-game while Amanda Pawloski leads the team in assists dishing 3.2 helpers per-contest. The (10-4, 3-1) Monarchs are paced by Kaitlyn Michaels who is recording 14.6 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per-contest. Celia Rader and Marissa Manning are contributing 13.9 and 11.4 points respectively. On the men's side, the Colonels stand at 7-7 and 0-4 in Freedom play after falling to Manhattanville 69-65 Saturday at the Marts Center. Chris Shovlin (Kingston, PA/G.A.R.) leads the offense by recording 24.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per-contest. Tyler Breznitsky (Freeland, PA/MMI Prep) is chipping in 12.3 points while Pat Furst (Jamison, PA/Central Bucks West) is contributing 7.2 points per-game. The Monarchs come into Wednesday's game with a 6-9 overall record going 1-3 in Freedom play after falling to Eastern 70-67 in St. David's. Kyle Hammonds is recording 12.9 points while Matt Fiorino is contributing 10.7 points per-game. Following Wednesday's games, the Wilkes cagers will travel to FDU-Florham for a doubleheader Saturday.
