They are led offensively by Elena Stambone (Jessup, PA/Valley View)'s 19.6 points per-game and team-best 37 made three-pointers. Megan Kazmerski (Kingston, PA/Holy Redeemer) follows with 10.7 points while Chelsea Brown (Garnet Valley, PA/Garnet Valley) adds 8.6 points per-game respectively. Ellen Rich (Hamden, CT/Hamden Hall) leads the front court with 7.5 rebounds per-game while Ginny Edwards (Warrington, PA/Central Bucks South) and Brown record 6.2 boards per-contest. The Misericordia University women's basketball team comes into the game at 9-9 overall standing 3-5 in Freedom play. The Lady Cougars are led by Lauren Smicherko and Hannah Seely averaging 13.1 and 11.3 points per-game respectively. Seely brings down a team-best 7.5 rebounds per-contest. On the men's side, the Colonels stand at 7-11 overall going 0-8 in Freedom play. Chris Shovlin (Kingston, PA/G.A.R.) leads the Colonels offense with 23.5 points and 6.5 assists per-game. Tyler Breznitsky (Freeland, PA/MMI Prep) follows with 12.3 points while Pat Furst (Jamison, PA/Central Bucks West) adds 7.4 points per-game. The Cougars stand at 10-9 overall and 6-2 in Freedom play. Misericordia led by Matt Greene and Steve Ware averaging 11.8 and 11.2 points per-game. After Wednesday's games, the Wilkes Cagers will travel to Purchase, NY for a Freedom doubleheader at Manhattanville College.
