Wilkes falls to 7-5 overall and 0-1 in Freedom games following the defeat. DeSales improves to 4-5-3 overall and 1-0 in league games. Barna took a pass from Jessica Wetherhold through the middle and beat Lady Colonels keeper Lisa Semetti (Limerick, PA/Spring-Ford) to the left side for the lone goal of the game. Wilkes outshot DeSales 15-6 while the Bulldogs held a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks in the contest. Semetti made two saves in net for Wilkes while Michelle Churchman finished with five saves recording the shutout for DeSales.
