CENTER VALLEY, Pa.- DeSales scored in the 106^th minute to defeat the Wilkes University men's soccer team by a 2-1 final on Saturday afternoon.

The loss drops the Colonels to 4-12-0 on the season and 1-5-0 in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play while the Bulldogs improved to 7-8-2 overall and 2-2-2 in MAC Freedom.

Eddie Metzger (Carlisle, PA/Carlisle) opened the scoring in the 15^th minute off of a corner kick from Camry Huff (Waynesboro, PA/Waynesboro) that was knocked down in the box and shot around the goalkeeper.

DeSales tied the game in the 82^nd minute when Justin Habick picked up a loose ball in the box and put it in the net.

The game remained tied through the first overtime, but in the 106^th minute DeSales netted the winner when Patrick Roche headed in a centering pass from Michael Kirby.

Both teams had 10 shots on goal.

Tim Gallagher (Easton, PA/Notre Dame Green Pond) made eight saves in goal.

Wilkes returns to action on Saturday when it travels to Manhattanville for its season and MAC Freedom finale at 3:30 p.m.
