Wilkes Men's Golfers Edged at King's 340-350

WILKES-BARRE – Matt Kachurak (Mountain Top, PA/Crestwood) shot a team-best 82 as Wilkes University fell to cross-town rival King;s College 340-350 in a tight dual match Thursday afternoon at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.

Kachurak's 82 was +11 on the Par 71 course. John Scalese (Medford, NY/Patchogue-Medford) followed carding an 86 while Arlindo Isidoro (Nazareth, PA/Nazareth Area) finished with an 87.

Corey Haurser posted a 95 while Dalton Milam (Blakely, PA/Valley View) (100) and Matt Williams (Taylor, PA/Riverside) (100) rounded out the Colonel scorers in the match.

Wilkes next will compete in the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships April 25^th and 26^th at the Hershey Country Club.
