The big damage of the inning came on a Stephen Ruch (Dallas, PA/Holy Redeemer) grand slam his 4th home run of the season. Del Val got a run back in the 6th off of Condo but were unable to amount anymore runs as Jeff Roedell (Perkasie, PA/Pennridge) came in relief for Condo and was able to get the Aggies out without further damage. Joshua Slocum (Clarks Summit, PA/Abington Heights) hit his first home run of the year to left in the bottom of the 8th to conclude the scoring at 11-1. Condo notched his second win of the season going 5.1 innings allowing six hits, and one earned run while striking out eight. Roedell, Forrest Jordan (Sullivan County, PA/Sullivan County) and Matt Kaster (Traben-Trabach, Germany/Crestwood) pitched 3.2 innings of scoreless relief striking out five Aggies. Ryan Herbst (East Islip, NY/St. John the Baptist) went 3-for-4 on the day with a run scored; Ruch finished 2-for-4 with four RBI's and two runs scored while Dan Pisanchyn (Clarks Summit, PA/Abington Heights) and Bobby Schappell (Pottsville, PA/Pottsville) each collected a pair of hits.The Colonels will head to Delaware Valley tomorrow to conclude their season series with a doubleheader in Doylestown, PA.
