Wilkes Women's Cross Country Takes 7th at Last Chance Run Fast
LEBANON, PA – The Wilkes University women's cross country team finished in seventh place at the Last Chance Run Fast Invitational hosted by Lebanon Valley College at Union Canal Tunnel Park Friday evening.
A total of 72 runners competed in the 6k race.

Kaitlyn Sitch (Weatherly, PA/MMI Prep) led all Lady Colonels finishers with a time of 28:10 for 43
rd place overall.
Kaitlin Sutton (Shavertown, PA/Lake Lehman) followed in 49
th place crossing the line at 28:45.
Carly Hein (Northampton, PA/Northampton) finished in 55
th place at 29:41 while
Amanda Beck (Goshen, NY/Goshen Central) came in at 30:11 for 57
th place.
Taylor Arnold (Rome, PA/Northeast Bradford) rounded out the Wilkes finishers with a time of 34:49 for 68
th place.
Both Wilkes cross country teams return to the course next Saturday competing in the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships hosted by Messiah College in Grantham, Pa. starting at 12:00 p.m.
