Wilkes Women's Soccer Falls 2-1 to Stockton
EDWARDSVILLE – The Wilkes University women's soccer team fell at home to Stockton University on Tuesday evening at Schmidt Stadium.
The Lady Colonels fell to 2-8-0 on the season with the loss.
The Ospreys got on the board in the 29
th minute.

Dianna Connor (Effort, PA/Pleasant Valley) tied the game for Wilkes, her second consecutive game with a goal, when she corralled a pass from junior
Micaela Oliverio (Carlisle, PA/Trinity) and lined a shot past Stockton's goalkeeper in the 54
th minute.
Stockton scored the eventual game winner in the 58
th minute off the post.

Alyssa Young (West Babylon, NY/West Babylon) made one save through the first 33:59 before being replaced by sophomore
Courtney Stanley (Yardville, NJ/Steinert), who made six saves.
Wilkes returns to action Friday when it travels to Madison, N.J. to take on FDU-Florham in a MAC Freedom matchup.
