Wilkes Finishes Third in Home Tri-Match; Anderson Takes Home Medalist Honors
LEHMAN, PA – Wilkes University's
Alex Anderson (Bear Creek, PA/Coughlin) shot a match-low 74 (+2) to lead the Colonels in a local tri-match against King's College and the University of Scranton on Thursday afternoon at the Huntsville Golf Club.
Wilkes finished in third place with a team total of 369. Scranton took home first place with a 320 while King's claimed second at 351.
Corey Hauser (Wilkes-Barre, PA/Coughlin) followed Anderson carding an 84 while
Connor Johnson (Abingdon, MD/Edgewood) (98) and
Ryan Hunter (Monroe, NY/Woodbury) (113) rounded out the Colonel finishers.
Ryan Georgetti topped King's with a second place overall finish shooting a 75. Kyle Hayes paced Scranton with a 76.
This concludes the 2016 fall schedule for the Colonels.
