CHESTERTOWN, MD – The Wilkes University men's tennis team began its spring break trip with a 9-0 defeat at Washington College late Friday night.
 
It marked the first dual match of the year for Wilkes who fell to 0-1.
 
Washington College swept all three doubles flights before taking six of six in singles match play.
 
Wilkes continues its trip in Hilton Head Island, SC with a match against Roanoke College Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Van Der Meer Tennis Center.
