BRYN MAWR, Pa. – The Wilkes University field hockey team dropped a non-conference contest at Bryn Mawr College on Sunday afternoon by a 4-0 final score.
 
The Colonels are now 1-5 on the season.


The first quarter ended scoreless before the Owls got on the board in the 23^rd minute, entering halftime with Wilkes down 1-0.
 
Neither team scored in the third, but Bryn Mawr put the game away with goals in the 49^th, 51^st, and 55^th minutes.
 
Carly Eidle (East Greenville, PA/Upper Perkiomen) stopped 14 shots in the cage for the Colonels.
 
Wilkes returns to action Wednesday when it travels to Marywood for a 7:00 p.m. non-conference game.
