WILKES-BARRE – Wilkes University men's soccer head coach Michael Piranian has announced the Wilkes Colonels Soccer Day Camp to be held August 8-11 at the Ralston Athletic Complex for boys and girls ages 6-14.

The camp will offer each camper an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Campers will be divided into groups based on age, experience, and ability. An emphasis will be placed on improving basic technique and athleticism of each camper while allowing them to have fun through the sport of soccer.

Dates: August 8-11

Times: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Full Day) and 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Half Day)

Ages: Boys and Girls ages 6-14

Cost: $200 full price, $160 (Wilkes employee discount), $160 (multi-camper discount), 6–8-year-olds highly suggested only half day $125, walk-up registrations are welcome but will be charged an additional $25

9:15-10:00 a.m. Attendance check, focus of the day, and warm up
10:00-10:45 a.m. Individual skills
10:45-11:45 a.m. Small sided games
11:45-12:45 p.m. Lunch break (must pack your own)
1:00 p.m. Mini campers depart
1:00-2:00 p.m. Skills challenge
2:00-3:00 p.m. League games (full field)
