NEWBURGH, N.Y. - Maleah Cobham (Westbury, NY/W.T. Pedana would then start to get hot in the shooting department as she would score two goals at the 6:21 and 5:42 mark to extend Wilkes lead 6-3 that they would carry to halftime.

The third period would be slow to begin with, but Mount Saint Mary would get goals at the 8:44 and 3:29 mark to get within one goal of the Colonels. Nearing the end of the third quarter, Brenanne would score after a successful clear attempt by Wilkes with five seconds left to give the Colonels a 7-5 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

Mount Saint Mary would once more make their push to get ahead of Wilkes, with Karli Ferrucci and Antonia Licardi scoring a goal within the first three minutes of the final quarter to have the game tied at 7-7. Wilkes would respond as they would get three goals at the 10:07 mark, 8:11 mark, and 4:39 mark to push the Colonels ahead 10-7.
