TOWSON, Md. – Wilkes women's golf junior, Kyleen McCance (Hanover, PA/Hanover Area) was named Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week for her dominant performances last week, as announced by the conference this afternoon.

This is McCance's third time earning this award for this season, and her fourth recognition throughout her Wilkes career.

McCance claimed the individual champion honor at Bloomsburg University's Husky Invitational, as she hit a seven-over par (80) besting second place by two strokes. She then helped the team bring home the win over Scranton as she topped the leaderboard hitting a two-over par (73), and earned herself medalist honors.

Wilkes women's golf returns to the course on Sunday, Oct. 19, for their last conference match-up of the regular season against Moravian University at 1:00p.m. at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.
