Bouchard and Hudakova Earn CMM/AHCA All-American Honors for Women's Ice Hockey
GLOUCESTER, Mass. - Wilkes women's ice hockey junior Haylee Bouchard (Sioux Lookout, ON/) and sophomore Nina Hudakova (Košice, Slovakia/Hoosac Prep School) have been named to the 2025-26 CCM Hockey/American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American team, as announced this Thursday.
Bouchard was named an East First Team All-American, while Hudakova earned a spot on the East Second Team All-American squad.
This is the second time Bouchard has received the honor in her collegiate career, having been named an East Second Team All-American during the 2023-24 season. This time around she earned a spot on the first team after another record-breaking season in the navy and gold.
The junior forward finished the season with 53 points on 17 goals and 36 assists. She ranked fourth across all of Division III in points and second in assists, breaking the single-season program records for both in the process. Her 1.89 points per game average and +49 plus/minus were both single-season program records as well.
For her excellent play, Bouchard was named MAC Player of the Year, MAC Offensive Player of the Year, First Team All-MAC, and a finalist for the Laura Hurd Award. The Laura Hurd Award is the most prestigious award in Division III women's ice hockey, and is given to the best player in the country every year.
Hudakova earned a spot on the second team after a record-breaking season of her own. In a breakout sophomore campaign, Hudakova tallied 22 goals and 25 assists for a total of 47 points, ranking her tied for sixth in DIII. Her 22 goals were also tied for sixth-best in the nation, and a single-season new program record.
Hudakova averaged 1.67 points per game and finished with a +46 plus/minus, both second to Bouchard on the single-season program record list. She was named First Team All-MAC for her efforts.
